My favourite Noosa event has to be the Noosa International Food and Wine Festival.

Jim Berardo and Greg O’Brien founded this spectacular food event 12 years ago and now it attracts chefs, wine makers, epicureans, entertainers and hospitality heavies from all over the world.

Mention a big name in the food industry and he or she is probably in town for this event.

Noosa comes alive every May when the Grand Marquee goes up in the Lion’s Park and the hordes hit town for a long weekend of food, wine and some of the most glamorous parties in the country. You’d be mad to miss it.

Noosa International Food & Wine Festival, May 14 through 17, 2015.  Check it out.
