An Irishman, an Italian and an Aussie walk into a kitchen …have you heard this one before? Of course you haven’t.

“As if this three-course dinner with matched wines isn’t celebration enough, you’ll be treated to it after enjoying a magical sunset concert at Noosa Lookout.”

The kitchen is set to heat up at Noosa’s View on Little Hastings Restaurant on May 17 when three colourful cooking personalities -Alastair McLeod, Michael Jenkins and Massimo Mele -cook up a storm as part of the Noosa International Food and Wine Festival program.

Executive Chef Michael’s – Beetroot Salad

Alastair, popular TV chef and owner of AlFreshCo, will be preparing entrees, Michael, executive chef at View will serve up the magnificent main and Massimo, of Sydney’s famed Hugos at Manly will present a beautiful Italian dessert.

The three-course dinner with matched wines will be enjoyed during a sunset concert at Noosa Lookout. More than half the tickets to the event have been sold, so best to get your booking in soon. But you’ll also have the chance to win flights for two to Sydney for the day to dine at Hugos’ rock star table that has wowed some of the world’s most notable celebrities from its prime position overlooking the waters of Manly Wharf. The prize also includes VIP transfers from Sydney Airport to and from Hugos and a Jetstar voucher valued at $1000, which is open for the winner to use for travel anywhere in Australia.
